Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the condition of the apartments? - All apartments are in very good condition to meet our personal high standards. Common areas are cleaned regularly and each flat is thoroughly cleaned prior to a new arrival.
2. What are the cleaning charges? -There is a mandatory cleaning charge of GBP 20. Optional periodic cleaning is available between GBP 10 & 20 depending on location. Please advise prior to arrival if optional cleaning is required during stay. Cleaning charges are deducted from the deposit.
3. How do I make a booking? - Please check availability as indicated on the website for each apartment. Complete the on-line booking form or email/fax form. Pay deposit / rent as agreed. All booking and receipt of payments are acknowledged by email.
4. How are payments made? - Payments can be made via www.paypal.com (instructions will be emailed) or www.worldpay.com. A credit card surcharge of 3-4% applies which is deducted from deposit. Payment may be made by Cash / UK cheque / Bankers Draft or Bank transfer to Chelsea Studios Ltd. Any bank charges are borne by client. Bank details will be sent on request. A written receipt is issued for each payment received. An invoice can be provided on request.
5. How is the deposit refunded? - Deposit less any deductions will be refunded on the day of departure on receiving the key and in the same means as it was paid. Please advise time of departure at least 24 hours in advance so arrangements can be made accordingly. Any telephone/internet access, where available, charges will be deducted from deposited.

7. Are bed linen and towels included? - All facilities are detailed on website. All apartments are equipped with Bed linen, Duvet, Towels, Crockery, Tableware, Satellite TV. Telephone available in some locations - please check.
8. How do I collect the Keys? - Check-in is from 1 pm unless otherwise agreed. You will be met between 1.5 to 3 hours of flight landing. Flight number should be advised so it can be monitored. You will be given the key on payment of any outstanding rent in cash unless agreed otherwise in writing. Arrival after 9pm is chargeable at GBP 20 and arrival after mid night at GBP 30 depending on location.
9. Are the apartments centrally located? - All apartments are 5 to 12 minutes walk London Underground station. There are web links to "Map" locations for each property.
10. Are pets allowed? - Pets are not allowed according to the terms of the lease of each property.
11. Can I stay extra nights? -Yes, subject to availability at an extra charge based on an agreed rate.
